The ILCA Asian Cup 2026 Penghu will take place from 19–24 March 2026 in Penghu, Chinese Taipei, bringing together top sailors from across Asia to compete in the International Laser Class Association’s single-handed dinghy classes. The event features multiple divisions, including ILCA 7, ILCA 6, and ILCA 4 youth categories, attracting dozens of competitors from various Asian national sailing federations. As part of the regional ILCA competition circuit, the Asian Cup serves as an important platform for developing elite sailors and fostering international competition in the Olympic ILCA classes.
ICARUS Sports is proud to announce a new partnership with the ILCA Asian Cup 2026 Penghu, supporting the event’s media production and global distribution. As part of this collaboration, ICARUS will produce a range of dedicated content including a highlights video, event recap, Penghu tourism feature, sponsor video, and promo video, capturing the excitement of the regatta and the unique sailing conditions of Penghu. On the distribution side, event highlights will be delivered to digital and online media platforms and will also be featured on ICARUS’ in-house sailing show, Inside Sailing.
This marks the first sailing event ICARUS covers in Penghu, making it a key focus for the company’s coverage in Asia this March.
