The Africa Eco Race 2026, taking place from January 24 to February 7, 2026, delivers a full-throttle return to pure rally-raid intensity. From the dramatic start in Morocco to the iconic finish at Lac Rose in Dakar, competitors are facing towering dunes, punishing gravel stages, and relentless navigation challenges across North-West Africa. It’s a raw, unforgiving test of speed, endurance, and determination where riders and drivers push both machines and themselves to the absolute limit in one of the toughest off-road races on the planet.

ICARUS Sports is proud to continue its collaboration with the Africa Eco Race in 2026, following a successful partnership last year. This season, ICARUS is producing daily end-of-stage videos, delivering structured, high-energy recaps that capture the key moments of each day’s racing. In parallel, the team is also generating raw, unfiltered footage directly from the stages, offering an authentic behind-the-scenes look at the rally. Alongside this daily coverage, ICARUS will produce a dedicated documentary showcasing the human and sporting story of the event. Both the raw footage and the documentary will be distributed to broadcasters, with selected highlights also integrated into ICARUS Sports’ in-house show “Gearing Up”, extending the reach of the Africa Eco Race worldwide.

Together, Africa Eco Race and ICARUS Sports are setting a new benchmark in rally-raid storytelling, delivering the drama, intensity, and true spirit of the race to audiences worldwide.

Nikos Koutroupis, Head of Sports Partnerships at ICARUS Sports proudly stated: ”We’re extremely proud to continue our partnership with the Africa Eco Race after the success of last year’s collaboration. This event perfectly reflects the values we look for in motorsport—authenticity, endurance, and strong human stories. By expanding our role in 2026 with daily stage content, raw footage distribution, and a full documentary, we’re committed to building a long-term collaboration that elevates the race’s global visibility and brings fans closer to the real action, year after year.
