ICARUS Sports is very proud to announce its partnership with Korea Southern Coast Cup, an exciting offshore event taking place between July 31st and August 3rd in S.Korea. The fleet of ORC boats will start from scenic Busan, stopover at Tongyeong and finish their journey at Yeosu where they will also participate in in-shore races.
The schedule will be as follows:
- 31 July – Opening Ceremony
- 1 August – Busan Race Start
- 2 August – Tongyeong Arrival & Prize Giving
- 3 August – Tongyeong Start & Yeosu Arrival & International yacht exchange night
- 4 August – Yeosu Inshore & Closing Ceremony
The event will be hosted by Busan Metro City, Jeollanam-do, Gyeongsangnam-do and organized by Korea Southern Coast Cup Committee, including racing classes such as ORC I & ORC II.
ICARUS Sports has a long-standing tradition of involvement in S.Korean sailing events and this could be no exception as we will distribute content to online sailing platforms and digital media worldwide and include highlights in our Inside Sailing TV show providing guaranteed broadcast in 160 countries.
