Reflecting the growing presence of ICARUS Sports’ media activity in China and across the Asian continent, a new regional office has been opened in Shanghai.
“Asia is a valuable sports market, and ICARUS Sports is proud to have established partnerships with many premier events across Asia,” commented Jason Georgaris, ICARUS Sports’ Chief Executive Officer. “Our new office in Shanghai will boost our reach across Asia as we position ourselves as the continent’s go to sports production and distribution media company.”
ICARUS Sports’ partnerships with influential events in Asia already includes projects such as the Shanghai Marathon, Shanghai Half Marathon, Shanghai 10K, Beijing Marathon, Shanghai Cup, IronMan Bintan, Tour De Bintan, FarEast 28 World Championship, Kitefoil Gold Cup, XTERRA, 4 Deserts, Korea Cup International Yacht Race, Busan Super Cup International Yacht Race and much more.
Establishing an office in Shanghai is a key part of ICARUS Sports’ ambitious growth strategy, which aims to build on our worldwide portfolio of 120 events and improve the global exposure delivered to our partners.
