The UIM XCAT World Championship is the premier international extreme powerboat racing series, featuring high-speed, offshore catamaran racing across multiple global venues. In the recently concluded 2025 season, Victory Team dominated the championship, with drivers Salem Al Adidi and Eisa Al Ali clinching the world title aboard Victory 7. Looking ahead to 2026, the UIM XCAT calendar is promising a series of exciting events scheduled throughout the year, kicking off in Fujairah in April and progressing through several international rounds in Europe before returning to the Middle East with a race in Kuwait and a December finale in Dubai.
ICARUS Sports is proud to continue its collaboration – started in 2020 – with the UIM XCAT World Championship, following a successful 2025 season. With a multi-year agreement in place, we are currently preparing for this year’s championship, further strengthening our role as the series’ global media partner. On the production side, ICARUS Sports delivers live coverage and online streaming, highlights packages, social media reels, VNRs, IVs, and a dedicated TV series featuring one episode per event.
