Competitors can choose from the grueling 20 km “Travessia Lisboa-Cascais,” the 10 km “Travessia Oeiras-Cascais,” and several shorter races, including 5 km, 3.8 km, 1.9 km, and 1 km distances. Young swimmers can also look forward to 400 m and 200 m races, designed to nurture the next generation of champions.
