Extreme E, the ground-breaking new electric off-road series, keeps going from strength to strength! It has been announced that Six-Time Formula 1 World Champion Lewis Hamilton will launch his very own race team, X44, which will make its debut in the inaugural season in early 2021.
The brainchild of the people behind Formula E, Extreme E is taking electric motorsports to a whole new level, racing through some of the world’s most extreme environments, in order to bring to light the great challenges we face by climate change; whilst also helping these declining environments and the people inhabiting them along the way.
ICARUS Sports as the global rights distributor is assisting the series to secure broadcasting partners for this groundbreaking concept.
