2020 Al Mouj Muscat Marathon was the biggest ever running event held in Oman with over 10,000 runners from 102 different countries taking over the streets, under the applause of an enthusiastic Omani crowd.
The palm trees and wide boulevards of Al Mouj Muscat were the perfect stage setting for this outstanding event and was supported by marathon legend Paula Radcliffe, who served as a global ambassador, while many local sporting heroes, such as Omani tennis star Fatma Al Nabhani, were there to encourage the runners and inspire the crowds.
