Live Action and Beyond: Bringing the Rolex NYYC Invitational Cup to the Screen

The Rolex NYYC Invitational Cup 2025, a premier Corinthian sailing competition hosted by our esteemed partner, the New York Yacht Club (NYYC), has officially concluded after an exhilarating week of racing and camaraderie. Since its inception in 2009, this prestigious biennial event has drawn entries from 51 yacht clubs across 23 nations, representing all six inhabited continents. Proudly sponsored by Rolex, the Invitational Cup continues to unite top amateur sailors from around the world in a celebration of sporting excellence and international friendship.

The 2025 edition delivered world-class competition both on the water and ashore, reinforcing the NYYC’s reputation for hosting one of the most iconic events in Corinthian sailing. Across five days of challenging racing conditions, teams showcased exceptional skill, strategy, and teamwork, highlighting the global standard of amateur yacht racing.

ICARUS Sports is proud to have handled the full production and global distribution of media coverage for the Rolex NYYC Invitational Cup 2025. Our on-site production team captured the excitement of both the races and the vibrant shore-side atmosphere. Deliverables included:
