ICARUS Sports is ‘iQFoiL-ing’ at the 2021 iQFoiL European Championships in Marseille. More than 200 athletes will be locking horns from the 22nd – 28th of October in the brand spanking new Olympic windsurfing series, the iQFoiL; combining technology, power, and speed, the IQ windsurf board glides above the water, reaching speeds of over 27 knots.
And what better place than the birthplace of the venerable Zinedine Zidane, peculiar pétanque, and mouth-watering bouillabaisse – did we also mention it is the setting for the sailing events for the Paris 2024 Summer Olympics!
ICARUS Sports and its trusted team of seasoned seafarers will be responsible for the production and distribution of material for TV usage, highlights videos for digital usage, short features for social media, and a wrap-up documentary following the conclusion of the event. Lastly, highlights from the event will be included in the monthly TV show, Inside Sailing and Sailing To Tokyo, meaning guaranteed exposure in more than 160 countries.
