The invitation-only International Federation (IF) Forum 2020 brought together more than 200 leaders from over 125 International Sport Federations with experts providing insights into areas such as crisis management, scenario planning, risk mitigation and staying connected with athletes, fans and stakeholders in times of crisis.
International Olympic Committee President Thomas Bach, SportAccord and GAISF President Dr Raffaele Chiulli, as well as World Health Organization Director-General Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, gave keynote speeches, with this year’s theme being ‘How Sport and Society Can Emerge Stronger from a Global Crisis’.
ICARUS Sports supported the IF Forum 2020 organiser SportAccord and is responsible for the production of a highlight video of the event, including the distribution of raw footage and interviews for TV usage. In addition, highlights from the event will be included in the monthly TV show, The Outdoor Sports Show, meaning guaranteed international exposure through numerous reputable broadcasters.
