With the global lockdown slowly coming to an end, we are finally returning to action! Beginning at the foot of the Acropolis, over the weekend we got to enjoy 2 days, 6 legs, with over 70 participants and more than 800km of elegant racing.
Organised by SISA (Sports Car Owners Club), Classic Rally ‘Acropolis Legends’ celebrated its 21st anniversary. A challenging multi-day race with historic cars reviving the standards of older rally events in Greece, across magnificent but also demanding routes, with categories including cars from the 1970s, 1980s, 1990s, as well as young timers (20-29 years old) in their own classification.
Ilias Grapas, Head of Motorsport at ICARUS Sports, commented, “After this global knock-back, we are excited to finally be back in the driver’s seat. Having put a huge investment in further expanding our international network of broadcasters this season, we are more ready than ever to capture the passion and share the experience of all different kinds of events”.
