Continuing ICARUS Sports affinity for unique sporting events and exciting new sporting disciplines, the team is hopping onto the trampoline, forging a new bouncy partnership with the FTA World Championships.
Co-founded by Greg Roe and Trish McGeer, the Freestyle Trampoline Association saw the light in 2016 and was created for athletes by the athletes. The FTA World Championships gathers the best freestyle trampoline athletes from all over the world and has a trampoline battle format where participants are noted on their creativity, the difficulty and execution of their program. The first event of the World Freestyle Trampoline Championships will take place in London, at the Round Chapel, on the 4th of August.
Turn half twist, full twist, aerials and back flips, ICARUS Sports has its own bag of tricks and will be partnering up with the Championship. Highlights from the event will be included in the monthly TV show, The Outdoor Sports Show, which comes with guaranteed exposure in more than 160 countries.
