The majestic dunes of Maspalomas in the western point of the Canary Islands are set to feature as the backdrop for the final international kitefoil racing competition of the year. The competition begins on December 17th and runs through till December 20th.
Following the postponement of almost all the major competitions until 2021, the world’s top hydrofoil racers are eager to get stuck in and battle it out for the European Championship title in the Open KiteFoil class.
ICARUS Sports will be on the ground or rather in the sea and is responsible for the production and distribution of daily highlights videos for online media usage, the production and distribution of raw footage for TV usage, and the production of a wrap-up documentary. Lastly, highlights from the event will be included in our monthly TV shows, Inside Sailing and Kite Masters, meaning guaranteed international exposure in more than 160 countries.
